Are you willing to review documents prepared by clients?

I am willing to look at documents under some circumstances. In these situations, I sometimes sign a “limited representation” agreement.

Are you willing to coach clients who want to represent themselves?

I have, on occasion, coached clients who want to represent themselves. However, this is not my usual practice and I find it is often not the best way to help clients, problem solve or achieve their ultimate goals.

Free initial consultation?

I hold a brief initial telephone call free of charge and without further obligation. I then schedule a further consultation at a reduced hourly rate.

Emergency after hours?

Only by agreement at law office discretion.

Do you speak any foreign languages?

Fluent French and Italian; some Spanish.
